...Have a good weekend to you all out there...

Well, another week has passed and it is now heading towards the weekend again. This past week have been filled with work and also filled with gymclasses. I have been continuing the Yoga thing and also tried out some Pilates and muscle conditioning classes throughout the week in the gym...the results...a totally sore body, however it feels nice. This week I have also increased the total running distance for one week to appr. 15 miles..that is an improvement of about 4 miles for the whole week. And despite of what you all think, no names mentioned, Stefan and Jonas, the Yoga and other classes is only for the sake of excercise and getting rid of the huuuuuuge belly that I have started to develop. The goal is to get trimmed again and hopefully get in the best shape I can be in, ever. But of course, a little is also about to get in good shape for Jannes wedding..do not want to embarase him on his big day!! So as you can see the exercising is finally starting to get back to usual.

As I told you all before...I am a bit anxious and feel like I have not done anything good at work yet so the coming time will be full focusing on work. I have 4 different projects going on at the moment and need to write a couple of fellowship applications and most of all..I need some results. Before that I will probably pick up my old habits of working alot and exercising a lot. My life the coming fall and winter will be all about work and gym....so I will save all the fun things to do for any visiting friends next year. Hopefylly I can manage to get rid of this anxiety and start to feel good about what I am doing here soon. It is going toward the right direction so far and I have been much more focused the past 3 weeks...

Well I want to end by wishing you all a very nice weekend, do lots of fun things and I also hoep that wherever you are in the world, you will have good weather to enjoy. As for me..I have a triple session to look forward to tomorrow morning starting at 8.30 with running, 9.30-10,30 with muscle condition, and finally Poweryoga at 10.45 to 11.45. The rest of the weekend will probably be dedicated to work, however I might manage to squeeze in som shopping in between.

Jag är glad över att du finns 6 timmar från mig, vem hade annars sällskapat mig om nätterna. Tack AT!!! Träna på nu så du blir HOT...hehehe...Hoppas du sover gott sen.Kram Kram/mums gott m glass :)

Hoppas att helgen var bra. Jag vet nog varför du yogar, du är allt bra på att förneka saker :-)

Hoppas också att jobbet börjar flyta på lite, det är alltid tungt när försöken går trögt.

Marie hälsar också att det är bra att du springer så att du kan göra oss sällskap i springspåren häromkring när du hälsar på!
